Larry & I celebrated our 24th anniversary in August and are thoroughly enjoying our retirement. Larry retired from the fire department 5 years ago and I retired from IRS 3 years ago. Since I retired we have been traveling the USA in our Motorhome. We've also been able to fit in a Caribbean and Mediterranean cruise. This year we have been in 35 states, Canada and the District of Columbia. We've had a good time and have seen lots of beautiful country. Although we're gone alot, we're still able to find time for our children and grandchildren. I have two - Jennifer and her husband Brian. She has a son, Brett and a daughter, Baylee. He has a son Ryan and a daughter Shelby. My son, Nick passed away a couple years ago.
Larry has three - Sherri and her husband Craig and their daughter Katlyn; Debbi and her husband John. Debbi has a son, D.J., and daughters Cori and Kyli; John and his girlfriend Lindsay. We have 3 boys who are 17 and seniors this year, 3 girls who are 13, one 12 and one 8. Yes, we have lots of fun at family gatherings, especially with 5 'drama queens'.
Besides family and travel we are also involved in the Model A Ford Club (at our 20th reunion we won a prize for owning the oldest automobile, a 1931 Tudor Slant Window Sedan), a Winnebago Travel Club and we are NASCAR fans. I'm looking forward to this reunion even though I don't know how it could be #40. We're not that old, are we?
