I married Louise Stromberg, an Ogden High grad, and have been married for 35 years. We are the proud parents of 2 sets of twins.

Our Identical girls are Sharon and Sheila. Sharon is living in Ogden and working for Flying J. She is a graphic designer and an accomplished artist. Sheila is married (Daniel Winterbottom) and is a stay at home mom to 3 3/4 children (Ryanne, Noah, Austin and Sharon to be born in November). She lives in Ogden with her family.

The second set of twins are Ian and Emily. Ian lives in Ogden and owns his own business Eerie World Design (Home theater and audio design and installation). Emily is married (Micah Salmond) and lives with her family in Puyallup Washington. She works for Fred Meyer and has 4 children (Lazarus, Levi, Arianna and Isaac). Yes that makes 7 3/4 grandchildren. They are the greatest thing in my life.

Occupation-I graduated from WSU with an accounting degree and then became a CPA. I really was not suited for public accounting so I entered the corporate world of accounting and have stayed there my whole career. I currently work for Water and Power Tech. in SLC as their controller.

Louise is a Professor at Weber State University in the Nursing Dept.

Fun facts - I have pretty much stayed in Utah my whole life except for a few years in Gallup NM and a few in Missoula Montana. While in Montana we lived in a straw house for a year with no electricity or running water. We then moved into a nice home for 2 years before moving back to Utah. I love to travel, play sports, hike and read.

Kathy Marker Brown

After graduation I attended Weber State on a music scholarship for 1 ½ years. I then decided college wasn’t for me [I only went for the orchestra] so I dropped out of school, got married and moved to Fresno California. We lived in Fresno for 2 years where my first daughter was born.

My husband worked for IRS and got a job at the National Office in Washington DC so we moved east and lived in Northern Virginia for 23 years. While there we were blessed with 4 more children, 3 more girls and a boy. While in Virginia I worked at the Smithsonian Catalog taking orders from people all over the world.

After 27 years of marriage I divorced and moved back to Utah.
Throughout the years I have continued my love for music playing in various College/Community orchestras. I am currently a member of the Celebration Chamber Orchestra in Davis County.

For the last 10 years I’ve worked for the Church in the Family History Department and have become increasingly interested in Genealogy.



My oldest daughter Morgan lives in Arcata California and is a singer/songwriter. She graduated "most outstanding student" in her department at Humboldt University with a degree in Natural Resource Interpretation.

My next daughter Kristen served a mission to Munich, Germany, graduated from BYU with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She is married and has four children, Michaela 9, Matthew 7 and Adrienne 2.

My son Devin, right in the middle of four girls, got married this summer and lives in Salt Lake City. He works as a Pharmaceutical Technician for Intermountain Health.

Melissa is still in Virginia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in Fashion Merchandising and works for "Urban Outfitters".

My youngest daughter graduated Summa Cum Laude from Westminster College in SLC with a double major in English and Psychology. She is now the editor for the Wasatch Journal Media here in SLC.
I have also raised my oldest granddaughter who is 17 and a senior at Viewmont High School

After High School I went to Weber State. While I was in college I worked for Commercial Security Bank as a computer operator and I was the President of the Weber State Singers.

I moved to San Francisco and worked for the Bank of California as a supervisor for several years.

I moved back to Salt Lake and worked for Tracy Collins Bank. While I was in Salt Lake, in 1985, I had a bad accident and fell four stories and crushed my hip. In 1989, while still recuperating I had a massive stroke which left me unable to work. With the help of my family and good friends I have made a fabulous comeback.

For the last ten years I took care of my parents until they passed away.

Today I have great friends and family and I am just grateful to be alive.

P.S. I still have a few lives left.

I look forwrad to seeing everyone and hearing from those who may not make it.

Dena Post Dominguez

I have been married for 37 years to the love of my life Bob Dominguez and in those years had three beautiful kids: Robbyn 31, Kristen 27, and Robert 26.

To finish off all of the blessings that I have received in my life I have been given 3 wonderful grandchildren; Jaydan 11, Chole 6, and Hunter 2. They are the light of my eyes.

Work at Mckay-Dee Hospital [ 23 years], as a Journeyman Plumber also as a Licensed Remodeling Contractor.
My wife is a Piano Teacher and Homemaker.

I am active in Scouting, Woodbadge Course Director March 2008, NYLT Course Director 2005, Trapper Trails Council Chairman over Summit [NYLT] Training, Active member of the board of The Silver Beaver Colony, and Advancement Chairman over Troop 88.

I love Camping, SNOWMOBILING, Dutch Oven cooking, Scouting, and My Grandkids.

Went to Scotland and England in 2007 for the World Scout Jambaree.100 Year Anniversary of Scouting.

Favorite memory of Weber High 1968: The dances, football games, and eating accross the street at Mcdonalds.

Ranel Hancock Hales

Wow! I cannot believe 40 years has passed! It sounds like 4 decades, almost a half a century! Are we old or what?Those 40 years have been busy, this is what I have been doing...I worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 15 years, where I met and married my husband, Don Hales.

I also worked at Country Boy Dairy for several years. I terminated my employment at the IRS, completing my service as a Remote Terminal Technician, when I started my family with Don, but continued my service at the dairy. There were many ineveitable changes that were about to happen at the dairy. So Don and I decided to move to a more rural area and farming community for our family out in Rockford, Idaho in July of 2000.

Rockford, west of Blackfoot, Idaho is my home town now. If you blink on HWY 39, you'll miss it! We enjoy our close-knit community. We raise hay and grain on our 1220 acre farm. Our family consists of our son, Adam, who is 25 years old, and recently got married to Morgan Pierce of Springfield, ID; and our daughter, Kaylee, who is 23 years old and got married to Ted Garling of Morgan, UT. They both live nearby with their spouses and work on the farm. Kaylee graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2007, and Adam is graduating in the Spring of 2009, also from BYU-Idaho. Adam, Morgan, and Ted all served LDS missions. Adam to Oakland, CA, Morgan to Washington D.C., and Ted to Cali, Colombia. We are all active in our LDS church callings.

We regretfully lost Don in November of 2007, and have had to make adjustments, which has been very challenging. We all love and miss him deerly. I am excited to see the class of 1968, and hope that we are all enjoying our 'mature' years.

Glenn and Alison [Tippetts] Driggs

After High School, I enlisted in the Navy and ended up spending six years with them, including an all-expense paid cruise to the Western Pacific, language training (Italian), and a trip to Italy for two years on an exchange assignment with the Italian Navy. Along the way I married Alison Tippetts (most important and best decision I have made in life) and this October we will celebrate 39 years together. While in Italy our first two (Michael and Heather) of our six children were born. In 1974 I was discharged from the Navy and moved back to Ogden, where one year later I started my college education and graduated from Weber State in December of 1979. While living in Ogden, we had three more children (Danny, Shaun, and Matthew). Our last (Heidi) was found in a cabbage patch in Fort Worth Texas while we were stationed there with the Air Force. After graduation, we left for the Air Force and more excitement which included eight years in Germany and fours years in the US Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal that included another trip to Monterey, CA to study Portuguese prior to going to Lisbon. Following retirement from the Air Force in January 1998, I joined The Boeing Company in Mesa, Arizona and currently sell the AH-64 helicopter to the U.S. Army. Retirement must be out there somewhere and I still need to decide what I will do when I grow up. That’s my sweet and condensed version of the last 40 years. Attached are a couple of photos. The family picture was taken a couple of weeks ago and includes our six children, three daughters-in-law and ten grandchildren. Next to Alison, they are my greatest blessing. I will leave it up to Alison to put her spin on the last four decades.

Okay, here’s my “spin” on the last 4 decades:
While Glenn was off seeing the world with the navy, I was living at home and attending Weber State. We got married about a year and a half after graduating from high school, and will celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary in October, although we’ve actually been “together” since we first started dating during the summer of ’66, just before junior year. One week after the wedding we left for Jacksonville Florida, where he was going for school. Other than the five years we spent back in Ogden while he completed his bachelor’s degree, we’ve lived all over the place, including San Diego, Monterey, and Marysville CA…Rantoul, IL, Fort Worth, TX (where, by the way, Heidi was actually NOT found in a cabbage patch, but was born at the Carswell AFB hospital) We also spent 14 wonderful years in Europe, including Catania, Sicily—during which time, as Glenn mentioned, our two oldest children were born in the Navy hospital in Naples. We also lived in Landstuhl and Zweibruecken, Germany; Lisbon (Cascais), Portugal, where he had a 4-year diplomatic assignment. When we finally came home from Europe, we spent less than a year in Albuquerque, NM, where Glenn retired from the Air Force. From there we came to live in Mesa, AZ, where he had gotten his present job selling Apache helicopters for Boeing, and we’ve been here ever since. I like it a lot, except for about 3 months of the year…and I’ll bet you can guess what three months those are!
We’ve had an exciting life, and I still get goose bumps when I hear his voice over the phone!



We’re really looking forward to the reunion, since this will only be the second one we’ve been able to attend over the years…can’t wait to renew old (figuratively speaking) acquaintances!!
